Where time-off requests are sent
Every time-off request emails these addresses with a link to the PTO approval page. Requests from admin staff go to their own list; requests from everyone else go to the standard list. These should be registered app users for reliable delivery.

Use the email address on the employee's record. Matching ignores capitalization.

Employee profile change requests
When an employee asks for a change to their profile from the portal, these email addresses are notified with the old and new values and a link to their profile. These should be registered app users for reliable delivery. Leave the list empty to notify every admin.
Nobody picked yet — every admin is emailed these requests.
Form review notifications
When a new hire submits one of these forms, the admins listed here get an email to review and approve it. Separate multiple addresses with commas, and leave a form blank if it doesn't need a notification. Custom forms use the recipients saved on the form itself.
Test applicants
Generate obviously-fake applicants (Transformer names) flagged as tests so you can run through screening, offer, and onboarding flows without touching real data.
